How to Do Freeze Bananas

Peel each banana

Cut the bananas crosswise, creating 1/2-inch thick slices.

Lay the banana slices on parchment paper

Flash freeze for two hours, half way through take out a flip over

After two hours transfer slices into a too airtight container and return to the freezer

Date it and use within 6 months

Notes

Flash freezing banana allows the bananas to freeze with slices instead of all clumping together. I find this helpful when I need to use bananas in smoothies or recipes.
