How to Make Chia Seed Pudding. Healthy Plant-Based Vegan Breakfast.
2-3 servings, Plant-Based Vegan
Ingredients
1 cup Plant-Based Milk
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 ½ cup Cherries (you can use any fruit you like or just eat it alone)
How To Make
1.Add plant-based milk and chia seeds to a bowl.
2.Stir together well. Then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
3.After 5 minutes, stir again.
4.Transfer mixture to mason jar. Place in the fridge overnight.
5.Remove from the fridge in the morning.
6.Place cherry puree (to make puree, add fruit to a blender, and pulse for a few seconds.)
7.Then add the chia seed pudding.
8. Top with cherries and almonds.
9.Enjoy note- Chia Seed pudding lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.
