Easy Vegan Nacho Cheese Recipe. Easy Vegan Cheese Dip.

Vegan, Plant Based, Ready in 15 mins


Ingriedents

  1. ¾ cup peeled and diced Yukon gold potato

  2. ¾ cup peeled and diced sweet potato

  3. ¼ cup raw cashews

  4. 1 ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  6. ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  7. ¼ cup water

  8. Please feel free to add in onion powder and salt.

How to Make

.▫️Place the potatoes in a saucepan with 1 inch of water.

▫️Bring to a boil. Then uncover and reduce to a simmer for 8 to 12 minutes (or until tender)

▫️Drain and transfer to a high-speed blender

.▫️Add in all the other ingredients.

▫️Blend until smooth

.▫️Enjoy over tortilla chips, with black olives, jalapenos and vegan sour cream.
